Body Balancing and birth preparation with Body Ready Method™
The new and innovative way to stack the cards in your favour for a straightforward vaginal birth.
Body Balancing is all about addressing the muscles and ligaments in our bodies which are overlengthened or tight and over-shortened because of our lifestyle, exercise patterns etc.
First session: 1 hour in client’s home. After a brief assessment Sarah will suggest a program of gentle movements and “tools” which can fit into your everyday life.
Second session: 1 hour in client’s home. Check how practice is going; add tips and techniques to incorporate tools and movements into the labour and birth experience.

The Body Ready approach looks at five aspects of a person’s body - the upper body, the core, the pelvis, the pelvic floor and the person’s movement patterns - and assesses how to maximise the range of movement in all these areas. Yes, even the upper body can play a part in an easier birth - because the breath is so important!
I will work through each of these areas with the client and if there’s something that could be addressed I’ll suggest a manageable, enjoyable set of positions and moves for her to work on in her own time.
No class to join. No special outfit to buy. Just you and your body!
