This is to let you know that how we work with clients complies with the GDPR, which came into force in May 2018.

We keep brief written records for all our birth clients, which will include their names, addresses and other contact details. Our personal notes are written to ensure we accurately record the main details of meetings and other communications with clients, as well as a brief summary of their baby’s birth.

Personal details of other clients - baby massage, sleep consultations, Body Ready Method, postnatal doula clients, Grantenatal attendees - are this sensitive information and we never pass it on, nor ever will we knowingly pass it on, to any other organisation or anyone else without the clients’ express consent. We consider information passed to us to be highly confidential and treat it as such. Similarly any emails or messages using other media stored on PC or phone are also password protected.
