The Doula Package: Classic
Three antenatal sessions & unlimited support via what’s app and phone - to get to know you and support you during pregnancy, answering all your questions, discussing your birth and postnatal preferences, what labour might be like and offer you practical skills - basically anything on your mind! These sessions are normally in person but may be by video call/Zoom. Sessions are normally 2 hours but we aren’t watching the clock. Note there may be more visits depending on how soon you book during your pregnancy journey. Our priority is that you, the mother, feel supported.
Includes loan of equipment such as tens machines, books, birth & peanut balls, aromatherapy, valley cushions, books etc.
Birth doula attendance for labour and birth and on call for four weeks from week 38 to week 42 of the pregnancy and will have back up in case of emergency. When the mother is in labour, she has the doula’s support from as soon as she wishes (at home, on the journey to hospital (if not planning a homebirth) and in hospital (whether on the birth centre or labour suite), until after her baby is born, and the first few hours of parenthood.
Two postnatal visits and unlimited whats app support for first 4 weeks with your new baby. However you need, to give you confidence and share my best tips with feeding, infant sleep, and caring for your baby, and to give you emotional and practical support to care for yourself. Sessions are normally 2 hours.

Birth Doula fees normally paid in 2 or more instalments. Initial deposit usually half of total on signature of contract but we are happy to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
